Our Packages
No matter which type of service options you choose, your call will be answered promptly, and professionally by one of our team. We offer a choice of four packages:
Transfer of Messages
We will deliver the message to you by any of the following methods:
• Personal message to a telephone number of your choice • Text to mobile • Email • Fax
• Pager • Client call in at the end of the day
Any combination of the options stated above can be tailored to your stated preference. In addition to the above, we can also provide a detailed report on a weekly/monthly basis, which will give you a full breakdown of your call register.
Basic Package
- Telephone line and number
- Standard greeting with telephone number
You will be provided with a telephone number, which will also be shared by other clients. The response your client will receive will be good morning/afternoon, followed by the telephone number. For example:
"Good morning, 5163 how can I help you?"
The caller will not hear your company name just the telephone number. We will then transfer the message to you by whatever means you choose.

Intermediate Package
- Personal telephone line and number dedicated to your company
- Personalised company greeting
This service provides you with your own personal telephone line and number, which will be dedicated to your company. The response your client will receive will be your own personalised company greeting. For example:
"Good morning, Digital Solutions"
The caller will not be aware that we are answering your calls; they will merely assume we are your own company telephonist.

Deluxe Package
- Personal telephone line and number dedicated to your company
- Personalised company greeting
- Mail accommodation service
- Use of our address and fax number on letter headed paper
In addition to having your calls answered with your own personalised greeting, the Deluxe Package offers you a Mail Accommodation Service. This entitles you to use our address as well as our fax number on letter headings and sales literature as a mailing location for your customers.
Any mail received for your company will then be forwarded to you on the same day. Alternatively, the mail can be collected from our premises at any time, with no extra charge.

Premier Package

The crème de la crème of our service options, offers a full secretarial service. This includes the Intermediate or Deluxe package, and the use of our address and fax number on letter headings and sales literature.
The Premier Package also provides you with your own personal secretary who will control your Diary on a daily basis.
We will manage your time more effectively by organising your appointments, company meetings, and daily schedules. This will save many hours per week, calling people to establish their availability, and provides a simple yet powerful service for managing your long-term activities such as holidays, training, seminars etc. We can also take care of all your administration, managing your whole business, including accounting, banking etc.
